These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph binggo platform. Please read each section carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing phbinggo.win, completing the registration process, or using any feature of the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ph binggo under these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and must not attempt to register or place any wagers.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors who browse without an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The ph binggo platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access any gaming content, or conduct any financial transactions on the platform. Users who are underage are not permitted to use ph binggo under any circumstances.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
All users of the ph binggo platform are expected to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any other point.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international regulations.
- Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward platform staff or other users.
- Attempting to circumvent security measures, access restricted areas of the platform, or interfere with normal platform operations.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances, at the sole discretion of ph binggo.
5. Payments and Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All financial transactions on ph binggo — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is required for users transacting in PHP. Supported payment channels include local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as standard Philippine bank transfers.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and belong to accounts registered in their own name. ph binggo reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse transactions that cannot be verified or that appear to be associated with fraudulent activity. Withdrawals are subject to account verification requirements, and unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.
ph binggo does not guarantee any specific payout timelines, as processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment channel and third-party banking systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
The ph binggo platform provides access to online gaming entertainment. All games and betting activities carry an inherent risk of financial loss. ph binggo does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return from participation in any game or wagering activity available on the platform. Users participate entirely at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph binggo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming activity, loss of data, or service interruptions.
ph binggo does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Where service interruptions affect active play, ph binggo will take reasonable steps to address the issue but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
ph binggo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- The account holder is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account holder requests voluntary closure of their account.
- ph binggo is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, ph binggo reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, eligible balances will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending transaction obligations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ph binggo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of ph binggo or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
ph binggo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at this page. Where changes are material, ph binggo may notify registered users through the platform or via the registered email address. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.
